I had planned on making it the full 8 k, but at 3.5 k I had some issues that gave me concern, so I cut my run short. So far this week I've done 20k in 2:15, which is decent, considering I did it without walking and all the runs felt good. Things are definitely looking up for the half. I don't expect a PB, but finishing in under 2:25 should be a good possibility.
