ARHM Challenge - Run # 33

Decided, since I was feeling tired, that I would try to do 5k steady today instead of hills or a tempo run. Either way, it didn't go well.

Right from the start, I had no legs. I tried but barely made it to 1k before walking, then a did a little further, only to walk the other half back. I'm going to skip hills this week and move on to a steady run tomorrow, giving my legs a little break.
