Started off OK, but my legs/ankles quickly became sore. I made it to 10min before walking, but after that I struggled to get to 2k, then walked the rest of the way back. Not sure what is going on, but I've lost my focus, drive and mental toughness and this training is not heading in the right direction. I need to figure a way out of this slump.
