HHM Challenge - Run #11

Another Tempo run and this time I ran on a much flatter path. There was a decent hill during the first 5 minutes, but the rest was mostly flat. Overall I felt like I was pushing myself and I managed to get through it without needing to walk any extra.

As you can see, the numbers are really starting to fall in line. Looking forward to increasing my distance so that I can keep getting faster and into better shape.
