As you can see, my pace was almost bang on. To me that is a good sign when I can run, with some walking mixed in, and be very close to where I need to be. My Max HR was high again and it could be due to my resting HR being higher than usual today. See my previous post for more details. Tomorrow is suppose to be my LSR (Long Slow Run) of 7km, but since it is Thanksgiving here, I will push that run to Monday (holiday).
