HHM Challenge - Run #12

Today was the first day of bad weather training and I still made it out in the cool rain. Thankfully I didn't wait any longer as it really started to pour once I was done my run. Also, I tried training in my HR Zone 3, which is between 127 and 145 and for the most part it wasn't too difficult.

The only major problem with this training is that since I'm not in great physical shape, my HR goes up fairly quickly. If you disagree, check out all my previous posts to see that my average HR is always higher than expected. Because of this, my pace was very slow due to walking way more than I would have had I done 5:1s, but I did manage to keep my HR right where it was needed.
