NCHM Challenge - Run # 5

Even though I was up very late last night and I haven't eaten anything solid in 9 days, I still pushed myself for my first Tempo run.

As you can see, my HR numbers were much better today, meaning the tightening of the monitor strap worked out. I do have to say that my last 10:1 was getting tough and I was feeling my energy levels dropping. I pushed through it and glad for the results of the run.
